6. Object manager

6.3.20 Examiners

The laboratory sta must be created as tester in the database. The software recognises

the respective tester from the computer login and displays it in the document view. The

selection of the tester is not needed so long as the user has an own Windows login

(user account).

If “Admin rights for database access” is enabled, only users with these permissions

will have access to the object manager and all other users will be locked out. If no users

have “Admin rights for database access” enabled, all users will have access to the

object manager.

The status species where the users are selectable in the document view. Thus there

are, for example, “Head” and “Assistant head”, which can only be selected from

particular locations in the document view. “Employees”, “Assistant head” and

“Head” can always be selected as users.
